Ulnar Claw Hand (Claw Hand): this is due to a lesion from the ulnar nerve. The MCP joints are hyperextended for that ring and tiny fingers due to loss of the third and fourth lumbrical muscles because of a lesion of the deep branch on the ulnar nerve.
